Shipping & Returns

This website doesn’t currently host an online shopping function, but purchases can be made by contacting Susannah directly.

Customers will be issued an invoice for payment of goods and any applicable shipping costs. Payments can be made by bank transfer. Shipping or delivery of goods will only occur once payment has been received. A receipt for payment will also be issued.

All shipping is through Australia Post. All packages are shipped from Western Australia and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping is available within all of Australia, and international shipping by discretion of the maker.

I cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing after they have been posted. Please retain any records and receipts for payment and postage just in case a claim needs to be made.

All prices are based on rates outlined by Australia Post and are subject to change.

Domestic Parcel Post (Australia)

All packages will be sent by Parcel Post as standard and includes free tracking and insurance for up to $100 value.

Delivery takes 2 or more business days after posting, with longer times expected for interstate and/or rural destinations.

International Post Standard

All packages will be sent by International Standard Post as standard and includes free tracking.

Please note I have no control over, and am not responsible for, any extra costs that may come from customs fees or other duties in your country. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs before purchasing.

Delivery takes 6 or more business days after posting, with longer times expected for certain destinations outside major cities.

Purchases & Shipping

Every effort has been made to display and describe the products in the most accurate way possible. I cannot account for the accuracy of your own monitor/screen’s colour settings. All my jewellery is composed entirely or partly of handmade elements, and therefore slight variations may occur between each piece. If you wish to know more information about any product offered on this site, please feel free to contact me before making any purchases.

Jewellery is often made from fragile or delicate materials, and no piece is indestructible. I endeavour to make my jewellery to a high standard for everyday wear and I ask that you treat it with care. Please also refer to the care instructions I have provided in order to get the longest possible wear out of your new jewellery.

Faulty Items

If you believe a piece is faulty, or if there is a mistake with your order (eg. the wrong item has been sent), then please contact me as soon as possible with a photo and more information for us to discuss further.

Refunds

I will not provide a refund if damage has occurred from customer negligence or excessive force/handling (examples include, but are not limited to, someone forcibly bending/twisting the jewellery, dropping or throwing onto hard surfaces, being crushed under foot/car/heavy object, and coming in contact with corrosive/staining liquids and materials)

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or refunds based on ‘change of mind’.

Repairs & Replacements

Repairs to, or replacement of, damaged or lost pieces may be available, depending on the particular item and its materials. Pieces containing any buttons or other recycled materials will be hard, if not impossible, to recreate with an exact match, however if a repair or replacement is approved, I will endeavour to provide the closest match possible in terms of quality, colour, value and style. The customer may be liable for some costs depending on the job. All options will be discussed with the customer prior to any work being commenced.
